  Great real estate company - Fantastic real estate agent. Nona Lavorgna helped me find a very nice waterfront home on 4 acres. Being from the city, I wanted the tranquility of the country. Nona was very patient and asked the right questions to find out my needs and wants for the home. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for real estate in the Roscoe NY area.

  We've been camping here for years.... both tent and RV sites. Great place..... owners and staff are very friendly and facilities are clean.....no frills...... but clean. The store is rarely open.... doesn't bother us though. Only complaint is that people make lots of noise with leaf blowers, lawn mowers and power washers all day long. We don't come to Russell Brook to hear that..... we can hear that at home. There don't seem to be any rules or regulations on using machinery.... but perhaps permitting use only during weekdays....Tuesday thru Thursday maybe would help. This season.... we have seen one camper that houses compete slobs. There are tires, gas cans, tarps and junk laying all over the place. We're so surprised the owners allow this. Very disappointing. I would say if it gets much worse we may start frequenting other campsites.... and it's a real shame because we love it here.
